Change of Mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit for the purchase price. We will exchange or refund goods purchased from our store provided the goods are unused, unwashed and are still in their original packaging. Full refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected.  The cost of delivery of returns will be required to be paid for by the purchaser.

 

Faulty Product

If you believe you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch with us at sasha@jonquil.co. You will be required to explain and provide photos of the fault.

A refund will only be given if an item is deemed to be legitimately faulty by us. If the product meets our return policy and isn’t a change of mind we will credit the postage. In case you choose for a replacement, we will cover the cost of return postage and send you the replacement at no additional cost.

Please note we have a 90 day return policy for any faulty items.

 

Completing a Return

To complete a return you must;

  1. Access our returns center at www.returns.jonquil.co.
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the fields provided and click Start a Return
  3. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
